Alumni
An alumni unit (or association) in a college is a formal organization of former students (alumni) designed to foster lifelong connections, promote networking, and support the institution’s development through mentorship, fundraising, and career guidance. Alumni unit established in the year 2019. These units maintain databases, organize reunions, and help bridge the gap between academia and professional life.
Key Functions and Objectives
- Networking & Career Support: Alumni associations offer opportunities for graduates to expand professional networks, access career counseling, and find job opportunities through, for example, Munich Business School and University.
- Institutional Development: Alumni support their alma mater by contributing time, mentorship to current students, and raising funds for development.
- Communication Hub: The unit maintains a database of graduates and keeps them updated about college activities, reunions, and campus news.
- Mentorship & Guidance: Experienced alumni often provide mentorship, seminars, and workshops to current students, offering insights into the industry.
- Brand Building: Active alumni engagement helps enhance the reputation of the institution at national and international levels.
National Cadet Corps (NCC)
The National Cadet Corps (NCC) is the youth wing of the Indian Armed Forces with its headquarters in New Delhi, India. It is open to school and college students on voluntary basis as a Tri-Services Organisation, comprising the Army, the Navy and Air Force. Cadets are given basic military training in small arms and drill. We have NCC unit from the year 2023.
Aims of NCC.
- To develop character, comradeship, discipline, leadership, secular outlook, spirit of adventure and the ideal of selfless service among the youth to make them useful citizens.
- To create, a human resource of organized, trained and motivated youth, to provide leadership in all walks of life, including Armed forces and always available to serve the nation.
- To create, a suitable environment to motivate the youth to take up career in the Armed forces.
National Service Scheme (NSS)
The primary objective of developing the personality and character of the student youth through voluntary community service. ‘Education through Service’ is the purpose of the NSS.
The motto of National Service Scheme is NOT ME BUT YOU
We have NSS unit consists of 80 students volunteers who engage in social, educational, and environmental activities, bridging the gap between campuses and villages since 2019.
Student Nurses' Association of India (SNAI)
The Student Nurses’ Association of India (SNAI) unit is a mandatory, student-led organization established in nursing colleges across India, operating under the umbrella of the Trained Nurses’ Association of India (TNAI). Established in 1929, these units aim to foster professional ethics, team spirit, and overall development among nursing students.
Objectives of SNA:
- To help students uphold the dignity of the nursing profession
- To promote unity and team spirit among nursing students
- To instil a positive attitude toward the nursing profession
- To develop leadership qualities and communication skills for the overall development of students
Nath Pai Education
ANM & B.Bsc Nursing is started in 2009. Auxiliary Nurse Midwife is 2 years course after 12th. Mainly the students are prepared to work in community. Bachelor of Science is 4 years course after science which is degree course of Maharashtra University of health sciences
